Your Role:
As an Assistant Accountant you will be joining our Finance & Accounting team and you will be providing support by managing daily accounting tasks in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. The daily tasks of the role also include:
- Perform data-entries assigned
- Handle reconciliation of bank balances with the accounting software
- Manage supplier invoice registration
- Resolve account payable issues or queries
- Document multi-currency financial transactions by entering account information into accounting software
- Participate in audit and reporting requirements
- Perform other accounting/finance duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Professional experience of 1-3 years, preferable in a multinational Corporation/Accounting office
- Fluency in English & Greek (oral and written)
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet the deadlines
- Possess a can-do attitude and be a team player
