The team you’ll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
This program aims to identify and develop fresh-grad top calibers to join team Nokia in NPO/Microwave/Site Engineering & RAN domains covering the following opportunities:
MW Engineer 2 positions
NPO Engineer 9 positions
QH&S Auditor 1 position
RAN Engineer 3 positions
What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:
- Learn about RF/MW Planning/Design, RF Optimization, Site Engineering, RAN/MW integration and concepts.
- Learn the latest about Nokia Portfolio and products.
- Competence development activities for different technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G) and future technologies
- Learn & use advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.
- Learn about Radio/MW performance KPIs and how to maintain / improve them.
- Learn and work on Radio/MW parameters Setting and tuning
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering (2021-2023)
- Good understanding of Mobile Network technologies and generations
- Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Proactive, self-driven and motivated to learn
- Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, customer interfacing skills
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
