We are now looking for several Sales Managers to join our team! Are you motivated by clear goals of achievement combined with a strong support from your manager and colleagues? Then make sure not to miss out on this opportunity.
As a Sales manager, you are responsible for the sales of cable accessories, i.e joints and terminations for Medium and High Voltage Cable Systems. You will be responsible for introducing new products on the market and provide market intelligence input to Product management in order to stay on top within the industry. Furthermore, you will continuously engage in sales activities to increase revenue and work on your personal development to ensure achievement of KPI targets.
- Product selection and tendering – establish and manage process and product offers
- Promote the NKT portfolio – attending customer visits and regular contacts with selected customers
- Make short- and long-term sales and activity plans
- Follow up and execute sales activities to increase revenue as per strategy
- Forecasting of revenue and margins
You will report your sales activities weekly to the Sales Director of HUB Nordics, North America, and Asia.

Preferably a background within engineering- Experience from an outgoing role in sales
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Preferably you have previous experience with working remotely
