About Us: The Little Unicorn on Honeysuckle is a renowned early learning center committed to providing high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks - 5 years. With a focus on fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning, we strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore and discover.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and communicating with parents and caregivers regularly.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to create a cohesive and engaging learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Be a Responsible Person at the service and prepared to be on open and close shifts.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs.
- Passionate, dedicated, and committed to providing high-quality education and care.
