ALJ Insurance Brokers (ALJ) is in search of sales consultants experienced in personal lines insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new sales leads by making use of social media, marketing car dealerships, and gaining referrals.
Have extensive product knowledge of the type of short-term insurance packages available (car, household), in order to evaluate a potential client’s interests and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation.
Be able to manage own performance, meet individual daily targets and ensure work is completed to the required standards of quality and timeliness.
Adhere to policies and procedures of the organisation and the regulatory requirements of the industry.
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
A minimum of 1 year Short-Term Insurance sales experience (mandatory)
CoB - Personal Lines
At least 6 months insurance brokerage experience.
