Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent practical experience- 5 years of experience with dynamic technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data center or mission critical facilities
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, and infrastructure
- Experience with safety management best practices
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- 8 years of experience with data center equipment/environments including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, and fire safety systems
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including knowledge of fast track design build processes, associated documents, and contracts
- Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems
- Understanding of start up/commissioning processes and standard practices in the design and construction industry

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple data center projects from inception through completion.
- Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facility.
- Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs.
- Maintain end-to-end responsibility from construction to deployment.
- Resolve highly critical issues within a matrix organization, while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.
